Do I need to book in advance? +
Walk-ins are welcome but WhatsApping us first is recommended — especially for the full detailing service which takes longer. We’ll confirm availability and give you an estimated wait time.
How long will my PC be with you? +
PC Cleaning takes 45–60 minutes. Thermal paste replacement 30–45 minutes. Full detailing 90–120 minutes. Most services can be done while you wait.
Do I need to bring anything? +
Just your PC tower. You don’t need to bring monitors, keyboard, or peripherals. If you have a specific fan you’d like installed, bring that too.
Is my data safe? +
Yes — our cleaning and thermal paste services don’t involve touching your storage drives or data at all. For full detailing we run a storage health check which reads data but makes no changes.
What if you find something else wrong with my PC? +
We’ll let you know before doing anything. No surprises, no extra charges without your approval. We’ll give you an honest assessment and quote for any additional work.
Do you service laptops? +
Currently we focus on desktop PCs only. Laptops have more complex disassembly requirements that vary significantly between models. WhatsApp us if you’re unsure — we’ll let you know if we can help.
